I started AEI with a deeper vision than just building a company—I wanted to create something rooted in purpose, integrity, and providing real value to people. To me, this work is about more than projects; it’s about serving others, creating opportunities, and building something that reflects discipline, growth, and faith.
I lead operations and stay closely involved to make sure everything we do aligns with that standard. I believe when you move with the right intention and stay committed to doing things the right way, the work speaks for itself—and that’s what I’m building here.

I lead the creative direction and brand development for AEI, shaping how we present, communicate, and connect with our clients. From design and messaging to the overall experience, I focus on making sure everything reflects the quality and intention behind what we do. Creativity has always been my outlet, and I bring that into building something meaningful through AEI.
